Corrosion prevention

Usually, high-density polyethylene(HDPE) is a common layer method.

Beveling

Because beveling steel pipes contain an end angle, it can be perfectly aligned with the complementary tube end. In order to weld better, the steel tube can be beveled for certain applications. Compared with manual cutting, beveling steel pipes save weld prep time and money.

Cutting

The length of TICO standard steel tubes and pipes is between 3 meters to 6 meters. However, our team provides a cutting length service that allows you to customize the length of the steel tube and pipe according to the actual needs. This service is available at free cost which will depend on the number of different tubes you order and the size of the finished components.

Capping

When you install the steel pipe, there will be a termination point closed off at the end of the steel pipe by a steel cap. Whether steel caps are weld-on or threaded and changing types you used is depending on the application. For the majority of home piping, you will use a threaded steel cap. A threaded steel cap has internal female threads that match the common male threads found on the steel pipe. Metal steel threads cannot be properly dry sealed and you need to coat the steel cap threads to achieve proper sealing.

Zinc coating

Most of the pipelines transporting oil or gas are in the complex soil environment and sometimes the transport medium is also corrosive. Therefore, the inner and outer walls of the pipeline are susceptible to corrosion. Once the pipeline is corroded, the leakage of the transportation will not only cause the waste of resources, but also have bad effects on the environment.

Due to the large damage, pipeline need anti-corrosion protection. Some precautions for that is important. Our team offer coating anti-corrosion and electrical protection service according to your requests. We usually use zinc coating. The experiments show that the zinc has been shown excellent corrosion resistance so that it become the main material of protective coating.
