Anti-corrosion measures of petroleum casing pipe

1. Good water quality standards, strict water quality testing and management. Clean the sewage, divide the injection, strengthen the cleaning of the main water pipeline, and achieve the water level in the station and the bottom hole, reduce the corrosion source.
2. For the newly produced injection wells, it’s mainly to add annular protecting fluid based on sterilization. This measure should form a system to ensure regular addition.
3. In view of mechanical abrasion, which accelerates the oil casing corrosion, suggest adding a rubber ring on the oil pipe coupling or adding a stabilizer in the part of serious deviation. It can avoid tubing scraping sleeve during operation.
4. In view of the serious bacterial corrosion, it can be regularly injected into the ring of 100 degrees Celsius high temperature water or water vapor to kill the SRB. This is based on the slow growth and the killing conditions of SRB at high temperatures.
5. Before corrosion within the casing has not been effectively controlled, cathodic protection and coated bushings are not recommended for promotion.
